may be its not too late to do this, the winer proposal can be
downloaded as part of some update in case of not be ready for the
final release
Well yeah I guess, but if it's not there by default, and gets added into
the repos later for example, a lot of people are going to be need to be
told that it got added, or they won't know it's there.
