There is a second - somewhat related - problem with inode creation: my 
msec weekly security checks are full of warnings against world writable 
systemd files like:

Detailed report:
Security Warning: World Writable files found :
...
- /tmp/systemd-namespace-22LhjL/private
...

I did not find a bug on the excessive number of systemd files being 
created - both issues probably fit into a single bug report.
