By experience, we mean a lot: goals, community, identity, branding, marketing, communication, design, graphics, artwork, Web, events, the very distribution UI, tools integration, windows decoration, boot sequence, shutdown sequence, etc. Note that this is not the same as the general functional features request on mageia-dev for Mageia 3.
