Finally, should you remove sda, sdb or sdc, watch out for the above 2

There is a trick that we install boot/loaders to *ALL* disks so that we do not run into this problem, ie. at MCC, we install boot-loader to sdb, sdc, sdd and *again* to sda.

Still, need to watch out for manually changing

kernel (hdx,1)/boot/....
initrd (hdx,1)/boot/.....
