The bug is resolved for the French translation but other translators should have a look at it. They may have the same problem, because I suppose it is Transifex which set "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=CHARSET\n" instead of "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n" Regards, Rémi / Akien
