It is momentarily our workflow, since there is no direct connection
between tx
and the vcs anymore.
We did discuss this a lot last autumn and agreed on having commiters
for each
language doing it manually.
Maybe we could add automatic commitment in modules Makefiles, for rule
like 'make dist'.
Please do not do this before upgrading to Transifex 1.1+. Transifex 1.0
(current installation) breaks plural forms in Slavic languages (Ukrainian,
Russian, etc.).
