[Mageia-i18n] New Spanish translator.

Hi!
I'm new using Mageia, and it's really nice, so I want to help improving  
the spanish translations of this great distro. I have helped translating  
other distros and programs, like Ubuntu; but now I have more free time. In  
the wiki my nick is the0loko, the_loko in forums. I speak English and  
Spanish, and I understand a bit of French too. I also have joined in doc  
team.
