There was some more progress.

#3 is done in English, too, now (#2 is Work in progress)
The things to change are:
* setupX.xml must be copied to configureX_chooser.xml
* in configureX_chooser.xml the string "setupX" must be replaced
everywhere by "configureX_chooser" (so in the code tags or xml:id values)
* to make it easier to see which screenshot goes with this page, it is
advised to rename the screenhot to dx2-configureX_chooser.png and to
change the link to the picture + its xml id to this name.
* the translation of "Set up X" must be removed from the title
* then in the content of setupX.xml :
** the title must get the addition "(old page)" in your language:
** the rest of the page (after the<!-- * --> part, if you have that)
must be replaced with:

* Then, in misc-params.xml
