Just for the record (commented in bug report):
Changing drakhosts:21 from
BEGIN { unshift @::textdomains, 'drakhosts' }
to
BEGIN { unshift @::textdomains, 'drakx-net' }
makes the application completely translated.
Looks like an oversight as all other tools are already in drakx-net domain.
