You may need to post your problem to the jMagick mailing list.  If the
command line utilities work the problem is most likely a jMagick configuration
problem.  Try one more command line test.  Bring up your command prompt
window and type

  convert logo: logo.jpg
  convert logo.jpg logo.png

If these commands run without complaint, ImageMagick is installed properly
and is finding the correct Windows registry entries.

If you installed more than one version of ImageMagick make sure you use the
uninstaller to uninstall both versions and reinstall just the one version.
Knowing Windows you might need to reboot as well.
