When running "make clean" on an already almost-clean tree, the whole libMagick is rebuilt due to excessive dependencies in the PerlMagick makefile. The following patch should fix the issue, but please review: http://zoy.org/~sam/patches/patch-imagemagick-no-extra-dependencies.diff
