I agree. You need to remove the existing installation(s) and install in this
order:

1) gs851w32.exe or later

2) ImageMagick-6.2.5-5-Q16-windows-dll.exe or later

Right. (6.2.5 for me).

Yep, that's what mine looks like.

So it makes me think it's something you've done to your installation. Hence the
advice to clean it all up before reinstalling.
