| The gif2anim script is written I guess for Linux.
| Is there also a way to use the script on Windows?

| This is the script:

The script basicaly converts the identify output of either the IM
"identify" command or the "giftrans" command (the latter source is
available on my web site), into IM "convert" options in an 'anim' file.
It could be easilly converted to perl which would allow you to run it
under windows (assuming you have perl installed. Be very carful however
and the conversion of options can be tricky for some animations.
If anyone likes to convert it to perl or any other language, they are
welcome to do so.
I myself can not do this at this time as I am about to go to Europe for
the next month. Sorry.
