No it's not a joke. The guy who wrote it is named Frederico Caldeira Knabben. FCKeditor is an open source content management component. It replaces a textarea with what looks like a standard word processing toobar with formatting options, the ability to insert hyperlinks, and photos.
Clicking the picture icon allows you to browse the server for what you currently have available for images as well as uploading one from your computer - and this is where ImageMagick should come in. I'd like to insert my routines that I have on my old content manager to handle the sizing of an image going up but can't figure out how to handle it in the utilities within FCKeditor (don't you love messing with someone else's code?) I psted to the SourceForge forum re FCKeditor about it but no one is answering (nice). There is a utulity file called upload.php and it has a bunch of stuff to get the image and process it but it's so full of variable references, I'm unsure where to insert the routine and have it in the proper syntax to do what I need it to do. Has anyone used this FCKeditor with Magick? I'm running it in php. ------------------------- Marian Briones Website Developer/Proprietor 1 Stop Web Solutions 510.226.7827 Fax: 510.656.7827 _______________________________________________ Magick-users mailing list [email protected] http://studio.imagemagick.org/mailman/listinfo/magick-users
