[magick-users] Convert V 6.2.7: I cannot create a *.icon file with the expected image

Hi Folks

If I run:

convert -list format | grep ICON
      ICO* ICON      rw-   Microsoft icon
     ICON* ICON      rw-   Microsoft icon
    PICON* XPM       rw-   Personal Icon

it looks like convert can write *.icon files.

But using red-ball.png which ships with ImageMagick thus:

convert red-ball.png red-ball.ico

I get an image which in no way resembles a red ball, when viewed with IrfanView
V 3.97.

Any ideas?
