So what should i do?
Uninstall PerlMagick (and not ImageMagick that works well) and reinstall
PerlMagick correctly ?

Sigh.

Perl is a case-sensitive language. The /real/ Resize starts with /R/ not
/r/.

So this isn't the real error msg. Perhaps you used 'resize' in a program,
which
must fail, or Image::Magick is not installed properly.

Right. So if the image is not read in properly, the program should die
immediately.
