Ok, this works great. $ convert -size 200x200 xc:#0090FC -bordercolor black -border 2 blah.png
But if I substitute #000000 for black, then it craps out with the following $ /usr/local/bin/convert -size 200x200 xc:#0090FC -bordercolor #000000 -border 2 blah.png convert: no encode delegate for this image format `-bordercolor'. How do I fix this? Work fine on my windows machine.
