Now positional matching an image for its existance inside another image
is something that I and probably a lot of people would like to know how
to do.

My own idea is basic on matching blured edge detections, so that near
misses can be used to 'home in' on the match.  This may work, it may
not, I have not tried it.

If anyone has any ideas or knows of programs that can do this, please
everyone on this list know, especially me.
