If this has been asked before, I do sincerely apologise, as I've search the archives for an answer, but found none...
I have a 2.4MB eps file with a grotty little TIFF preview in it (EPT). I'm trying to convert this file using 'convert' to a jpeg file, but it keeps on converting the preview, and doesn't raster the eps... The following command: If I do a 'convert -verbose -identify ueg031.eps -resize 300x> -quality 100 -colorspace rgb ueg031.jpeg Returns the following output: g:/spool/image_resample/IN//GUIDEPICS/ueg031.eps EPT 267x200=>96x72 96x72+0+0 DirectClass 8-bit 27.0898kb (You can see it found the 267x200 preview, then shrinks it further) The resulting image is truly horrible. How can I tell it to ignore the preview image? I can post this eps file up on a website if people would like a look. Nigel.
