Are there any "good" tutorials online that can help me get started?
I reviewed both book and both has a few problems. However If I was to
pick one it would be the 'Definitive Guide...'
However what I would do is go though the IM example pages, which pretty
well cover everything in the books, and more except for the small API
sections they have. The First ones from both columns are probbaly the
most important.
Of course I do admit I'm biased. :-)
