There is no such thing as an uncompressed JPEG.

JPEG is designed to compress extremely well using a highly complexe
mathemathical process that losses image data that is not normally seen
by the human eye for real world photos.

However the 2K JPEG library offers a 'true' or lossless version of JPEG,
however only system using that library can make use of that format.
But this is currently still not very universal across computers.
