Hello imagemagick users, We want to convert DICOM images to jpeg for archiving them in an image database system. However, we need the patient ID tag from the DICOM image as filename to be able to archive the image. Is there any option to do that. Now I use the command: mogrify -normalize -negate -resize 30% -format jpg *.dcm. Maybe there is a possibility to supply an option using -define dcm:option??
