I have a greyscale image which has been processed in such a way that it
has all the even pixels together at the start of each line followed by
all the odd pixels at the end of the line.
In addition the odd pixels are not for the same image line as the even
pixels so I need to apply a line shift to the odd pixels.
Can I use convert to somehow recreate the original image?
Any ideas gratefully received.
