Found the problem.
I had:
drwxr--r-- 2 root sys 6144 Jan 13 19:37 coders
drwxr--r-- 2 root sys 96 Jan 13 19:37 filters
Those directories also need execute persmissions for all:
drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 6144 Jan 13 19:37 coders
drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 96 Jan 13 19:37 filters
