Hi ..... I found your e-mail address in a Google search and wondered if you
could help me. I have a file of photographs which I can't open. I put them on
my computer the same way as all the other pictures from my camera. I have no
problems opening the other picture files and remember looking at the one I'm
having problems with several times ............ so it WAS there, but when I try
to open it now it comes up 'no preview available'.
I would be eternally grateful if you could help me with this problem in any way
you can.
