I guess the jpeglib was installed when I installed the system. I remember
there is a command to check the types that imagemagick can support. But now I
can not remember what the command is.
And also, if it is the real reason, how to fix it? Any good suggestion?
I reinstalled perl and imagemagick for many times according the manual, but no
effect.

Right. Finally we see the real error message: no decode delegate for ...jpg.
You may have jpg on your machine, but ImageMagick did not find it when
ImageMagick was being installed. Your need to fix that.
In the short term, try writing various other image formats: png, etc.
