Hello, I tried to update ImageMagick from 5.2.4 to 6.2.3.(on AIX4.3.3)
but (after I've updated) specific EPS file( not all EPS file) cannot convert to JPEG. Ｔｈｅ Command I executed was follow. #convert a.eps test.jpeg <error-message> convert: no decode delegate for this image format a.eps <I installed following software to update ImageMagick.> ImageMagick.6.2.3 libpng.1.2.8 libxml2 ghostscript(Ver8.51) ghostscript_fonts_std ghostscript_fonts_other I found that a conversion result changes with versions of the Illustrator of EPS file creation origin. <conversion result matrix> Conversion ＯＫ Conversion ＮＧ ImageMagick(5.2.4) Adobe Illustrator(R) 8.0 Adobe Illustrator(R) 8.0.1 Adobe Illustrator(R) X Adobe Illustrator(R) 11.0.1 Adobe Illustrator(R) 12.0.0 ImageMagick(6.2.3) Adobe Illustrator(R) 8.0 Adobe Illustrator(R) 8.0.1 Adobe Illustrator(R) 11.0.1 Adobe Illustrator(R) 12.0.0 Adobe Illustrator(R) X What thing could be considered as a cause.
