| Hi,
|
| I am trying to create an online album for someone and I am inserting
| pictures that the family has taken and put on a website. When I downloaded
| the pictures from that website and tried to use them in creating my album
| they came out extremely blurry and I could not use. I found out that it's
| because the pictures have low resolution.
|
| Can I change the resolution on a downloaded picture so its not blurry and I
| can use? If so, how do I do this? I am new to this so any help anyone can
| give me I would greatly appreciate it.

Is the actual pixel size of the images the same?

More than likely the album has created smaller versions for use on web
pages and this will have a lowere resolution than the original.

For example my digital camera takes images that are 2304x1728 pixels
in size. However when I create a web page I resize them to 800x600 pixels
for full display and 120x90 pixels for thumbnail images.

How it actually does the generation also effects the results.
