Check the final summary after the comfiguration command is run
it should say 'yes' 'yes' for RSVG delegate support.
You can also use
convert -list configure
and look at the "DELEGATES" line to see if it has 'rsvg' listed.
My own build version has
DELEGATES bzlib fontconfig freetype gs jpeg jp2 lcms lqr png rsvg
tiff x11 xml wmf zlib
Though I am suprised it also does not list an encryption delegate
as I also have an --enable-cipher configuration item.
