Hello, I have problem with conversion of some TIFFs to JPGs. Some areas after conversion are black. When opening the same images (in TIFF version) in GIMP I get warning about non defined alpha channel. Is it possible to fix it on IM level or should I talk with our photo provider - and what should I tell him?
