This seems to be the delegate (i.e. filter, translator), responsible for
the conversion of wmf (Windows Meta File) to PDF. Strange.
All I can offer you is that I could try converting your alleged SVG on
one of my Windows machines with ImageMagick and see how that turns out.
Otherwise it will be dificult to tell what exactly causes the error.
