Apologies in advance if this has been already answered... (I'll be
looking after I send this).
I'm attempting to convert very large images in a TIFF format to smaller
JPG format images from the command line.
If I convert the TIFF to a JPG, I lose some color. Since these are
product photos, I need to maintain full color - but make the images
usable for the WWW.
So far I've tried converting the CMYK TIFF to an RGB first, color is
lost. If I convert the TIFF to a PNG, even more color is lost. I've
attached the verbose output from the identify command.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
