Fred, sorry, but my simple SED script is only intended to perfrom the most basic replacements which have to be performed when running Anthony's scripts under Windows. I think, your scripts cannot be turned into a DOS batch file, because the latter is very limited in its abilities. Possibly, they could be turned into a VB script, which would however be a quite tricky task. I'll give that a look when writing my comments on the use of IM with the Windows Script Host.
