I don't think you can. The results of your screen capture can 
however be manipulated by IM of course.

The problem with all screen shots is that they are inherently 72 DPI 
which is inadequate for printing. I zoom in to make the needed area 
fill the screen, take the shot, then reduce the size and increase 
the density of that image at the same time in something like Gimp. 
No doubt that conversion can be done in IM as well.  

I use Linux and have a 21" Sony monitor capable of dimensions like 
1240 x 1024 and beyond.  I zoom in to 640 x 480 before taking a 
screen shot.  Using Linux utilities I can capture the whole screen, 
a window on the screen, or a select portion of a window. In fact I 
can capture areas that reach beyond the visible viewport.
