This seems to work reasonably well using profiles to keep the color correct.

+profile icc -profile Profiles/CMYK.icc -profile Profiles/sRGB.icc \
-set option:distort:viewport 180x180-15-15 -virtual-pixel tile \
-distort SRT "0" -profile Profiles/CMYK.icc GirlOnPhone_border.jpg
