Some of the key bindings are different than what M-x dired and M-x cvs- status use. This presents a problem when people have accustomed to certain keys to run the same commands in various utilities.
The following patch changes keys to follow the Emacs tradition: m = mark u = unmark This unfortunately means relocating the other keys accordingly. There is no easy solution to this, but overall I believe the (m; mark) and (u; unmark), plus (U; unmark all) should behave identically in Emacs utilities.
