The new function will insert, if needed, the magit-log-header-end text into the log edit buffer and then place the cursor at the beginning of the buffer (i.e., in the header). Maybe the name of the function could be better. I'm planning on doing more with the log edit buffer, but I thought this was enough of a change to warrant a pull request of it's own. I have it bound to C-c C-h, but I'm hearing that binding might be an issue (I'm new to tinkering with emacs modes and bindings). Any thoughts? -- David Raynes http://rayners.org [email protected]
