Okay, that's wrong too.  I think this affect was caused by moving
around in magit's own commit history and trying to update its code by
re-loading the .el files.  I'm not sure why that didn't work, but it
seemed to leave me in a bad state.  If anyone knows why that would be
the case, it would be great for development if we could fix it.

My only real complaint is `q' doesn't seem to work to abort a pop-up.
