.el files in Makefile?

Hey,

I was just thinking about my pull request for the remote manager. It 
introduces a new .el file, magit-remotes.el, and I thought that it 
should be included when installing with "make install". However, 
Makefile doesn't contain the other .el files apart from magit.el and 
magit-pkg.el at all -- e.g. none of magit-key-mode.el, magit-svn.el, 
magit-topgit.el, rebase-mode.el is mentioned there at all.

I'm not familiar with the installation process (I just add the local 
magit dir to my load-path). Is the Makefile simply not up to date, or do 
I simply not have to worry about it as long as magit.el requires said 
new file (magit-remotes.el)?
