`C-u F F' brings up a list of branches, but, e.g., neither
origin/master
or
master (origin)
is listed there. This is true both on `master' and on `next'. Tracing
through the code it seems magit will only offer me the option to pull
from the same remote on which the branch originated. That doesn't seem
right; is it intentional?
