Bug description:
When using external RSS feeds there doesn't appear to be a way to limit the
number of posts displayed and so the whole feed is pulled in. This can be too
long and it is not always sensible to limit the number of posts a feed sends
where this may go to various locations.
Likewise the "recent blog posts" block could be configurable for number of
posts displayed.
