It only shows up when the files is added via "File(s) to download" or "Folder", but not when they are embedded. It would be very useful to have the description show up below the video, e.g. to give brief instructions to start the video, display the credit etc. because then you don't have to use a textbox for that. Furthermore, you only get to the details page from the file or folder download blocks, but not when you click on the file link in the embedded media block virtually not allowing to view the detail page altogether.
