Title: Don't allow upgrade.json.php requests from different upgrades until one has finished Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Triaged Bug description: The ajax request to upgrade a single plugin should be able to know which invocation of admin/upgrade.php requested it, and refuse to accept requests from another admin/upgrade.php until all the plugin upgrades for the first are finished.
