As these are help docs to be used while working in ePortfolio we'd like them to open in a new window/tab, but there is no such option at the moment. Checking the database, there is no column for a link's target either. I'd like to request being able to add/edit a link to the links and resources area(admin/site/menu.php) and select whether it opens in the current or a new window.
