Title: You should be able to allow / disallow comments directly on choosing a Secret URL Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Triaged Bug description: Ellen Marie on https://answers.launchpad.net/mahara/+question/159957 : "If an individual uses the Share Page to set the access levels for a Page or Collection, and wishes to only allow for a Secret URL there does not appear to be an easy way to disallow comments. It appears that they will need to select both the icon for Edit Access and the icon for Secret URL."
