Uploading images for display in forum posts

Bug description:
Images in blog posts are included by first attaching a file (or
browsing 'my files'). Unfortunately this isn't possible in forum posts
where you only have the option of specifying a full URL.
- would be ideal if the 'insert image' pop-up included an upload file
option.
