Title: Views of a suspended users should not be accessible Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Committed Bug description: When we suspend a spammer, their profile view (and possibly other views) are still accessible. Suspending a user should disable access to all of that. (Some spammers put links on their wall.)
