Melissa, Yes I am sure that all this is possible on the technical side and just wanted to know if the title change to something entirely else was taken into account.
I am not so sure about necessary consent though (if the journal title has not changed!) as I would also assume that my name is changed everywhere else around the site. It does so for example when I look at Paula's profile page and see today "Paula Paulsen's pages" and tomorrow after she has married, see "Paula Petterson's pages". But that is only a display thing and does not intrude in my personal content / portfolios.
