Vimeo favicon isn't displayed in "Allowed iframe sources"

Bug description:
affects Mahara master (1.6.0dev)
Only the generic favicon is displayed for Vimeo on
/admin/extensions/iframesites.php
If you add "www." to the icon host, the correct favicon will be
pulled.
