Title: Add pieform element for multiple text fields Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Committed Bug description: Sometimes we may want a user to enter multiple text fields, without specifying how many. This will initially be useful for collecting multiple mobile upload tokens for users with more than one device, but should be general purpose.
